יקב בוטיק ייחודי בעל אופי וטעם אישיים, שנולד
מאהבה ליין. נטיעת הכרם והקמת היקב הם
הגשמת חלום של מוטי בוהדנה, כורם ויינן.
הן ככורם והן כיינן מוטי מקפיד על פרטים
קטנים כגדולים- בגידול ובטיפוח הגפנים, בעיתוי
המדויק של הבציר, ובבדיקות היין שהוא עורך
כדי לייצר יין איכותי וטעים.
ביקב מייצרים יין מענבי קברנה סוביניון, קברנה
פרנק ומרלו, המיושניםבחביותעץ אלון לתקופה
של בין שנה לשנתיים.
לצד היקב הוקמה מבשלת בירה פפו, המייצרת
בירות בשיטה מסורתית.

A unique boutique winery full of
personal character and taste, born
out of love for wine. Planting the
vineyard and founding the winery are
a dream come true for winegrower
and winemaker Moti Bohadana, a great
believer in precision, be it of small or
large details, both during wine growing
and producing.
The winery makes Cabernet, Merlot,
and Cabernet Franc wines. Grape skins
are soaked in the fermenting wine,
subsequently aged in oak barrels for a
period ranging between a year and two.
Next to the winery is a beer brewery
named Pepo, crafting beer using a
traditional method. The visitor center
offers an enjoyable experience of beer,
wine, and a dairy meal.
